Facing Masonry Range - RoofBLOCK
RoofBLOCK is a revolutionary alternative to wooden or uPVC soffits and fascias. As well as providing a striking detail to the building, it strengthens the roof and also helps to speed up construction.

With little or no maintenance, RoofBLOCK stays looking good for years and has a low whole life-cycle cost when compared to timber or uPVC. It also offers signifcant savings during construction:

RoofBLOCK for birds
These blocks are formed from a half RoofBLOCK with a 50mm hole drilled in the face. A plastic plug will be supplied so the size of hole can be adapted to suit various species of birds:
Size of hole 28 mm 32 mm 38 mm 50 mm
Likely occupants Blue tit, wren Blue tit, great tit Great tit, sparrow Robin, starling
The ends are blanked off with standard ¼ inch cement fibre board to prevent the birds from moving around along the side of the house.
RoofBLOCK for Bats
Again formed from a half RoofBLOCK, with the ends blanked off with standard ¼ inch cement fibre board. These blocks have a vent open at the bottom to allow bats access.
