Specification Manager operating in the South Region, London and surrounding areas
We are a market leading specialist in Architectural Facing Masonry and added value concrete products
As Specification Manager you will be able to work on your own and have the ability to create and drive sales
Experience in selling into the architect and construction sector would be an advantage and as part of this sales role you will need to identify and monitor projects with the experience of working with key stakeholders to create specification sales opportunities.
What we are looking for
You will have previous experience in a similar role with outstanding Customer Service skills. You will be proactive, a strong problem solver and the ability to generate your own leads in addition to following up on direct enquiries.
You will generate specifications from Architects, main contractors and clients.
Ideally you will have
• Existing relationships with Architects
• Experience of selling exterior or interior design building products such as Facing Masonry, Cladding, Rain screen cladding, Facades, natural stone, partitions and Sustainable Masonry
• Background in design, building or architecture would be useful
• Capable of new business generation and expanding existing relationships
